A leader who wants to lead through change must be able to convince others of the necessity of the change and motivate them to accept it. Leaders need to foster an atmosphere of understanding and trust. They ought to make sure that everyone is in agreement and that all queries are addressed. Additionally, effective leaders should be receptive to criticism and be open to suggestions for improvement if required.
